Sliders were burnt, I asked for extra pickles, didn't get them but my husband had to go ask for them, which we got. We sat there for an hour before we got our food! Couple of customers that came in after us got their food within 10minutes or less. There people walking out due to wait time, plus they could see that there was 10 customers head of them and didn't want to wait. Couple people asked for a refund. If can imagine how a burnt slider and the onions taste, was not yummy at all. I was going to ask for new sliders but thought it would take another hour to get them. Before we left, I asked to exchange my 2 Cheese sliders that are burned for fresh ones that weren't! Don't get me wrong the manager and employees were very nice but it was the point of the wait time and food being burned! It would have been nice when ordering they would have given ETA on long we would be waiting. Won't be going to that location anymore! We love sliders!
