Firestone Complete Auto Care - Poor customer service and lack of communication from service advisor, randy pearson and retail staff.

Tuesday, 3/30/21, we took our 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe into the Jacksonian Plaza location, in Jackson, MS for a brake job and to replace a fan belt. We left the truck and returned home. Mr. Pearson and we were given an estimate to have the work done. We accepted and were told the truck would be ready later that day and we would receive a call to come and pick it up. Later the same day, Mr. Pearson called and told us the truck would be ready Wednesday instead. We were told the truck had to be sent to "his" other shop to have the work done and would be ready Wednesday.
Wednesday, 3/31/21, it was getting late in the day and we had not heard from anyone, so we called the Store. Again, the truck was not ready and would be ready Thursday, 4/1/21. Told Mr. Pearson we were going out of town and needed our truck.
Thursday, 4/1, 10:57 AM, received an email and a call that the truck was ready. Approximately Noon, we arrived at the store, paid the bill, my wife took the truck and went shopping. Later that same day, after 3:00 PM, we received a call to return to the Store. Before we entered the Store, I looked under the hood. The belt to be replaced was shredded and had not been touched. The brakes were still making noises. In the Store, a young lady waited on us. She said we were not supposed to pick the truck up (she is the person we paid earlier when we were told the truck was ready). She stated that the paperwork had been placed where the completed jobs paperwork should be. No one had told her the truck was not ready, so she called us. My wife told her we were scheduled to be out of town; that we have reservations and if the truck was not going to be ready, they would have to rent us a vehicle. She assured us the truck would be ready the following day, 4/2. Again, we left the truck.
Friday, 4/2, 10 AM, I called the Store and was told the truck was not ready. I called again at 6:30 PM and was told the truck was not ready, but would be ready Saturday, 4/3. I told her we were scheduled to go out of town and that I had been lied to so much, that I am afraid to drive the truck even if it was ready. I told her that if we have trouble with the truck on the road, somebody will have to pay, but it would not be me.
Saturday, 4/3/21, 10:30 AM, received a call that the truck was ready. Arrived at the Store at 10:42; two customers ahead of us. Mr. Pearson entered the Store from the Service Bay, picked up some work orders and returned to the Service Bay. He saw my wife and me but did not speak nor acknowledge us in any way. The young lady who assisted us Thursday was again working in the Store. When we approached her workstation, she acknowledged us and gave us our keys. She thanked us but never explained any warranty for the work done on our truck. I asked if we needed any paperwork, she said no, that we had everything already.
Finally, as to the Courtesy Check, the suggested and repair/replacement required, that was not reviewed by us or anyone at the Store. In fact, that has never been reviewed on previous visits either.

Desired outcome: An apology from Mr. Pearson re his poor customer service and lack of communication with us. A greater than your standard warranty guaranteeing the service on our truck.

Firestone Complete Auto Care - I have a complaint about my tires

I went to get my oil change on Monday 2/8/21. I was that I need to get back brakes. No problem, I got that done. My complaint is the firestone employee told me I need two front tires. I bought the tires from firestone about 1 1/2 ago. I asked why do I need two new tires. He reported that my tires had not been rotated. I said the last two time I came here, they told me my tires need rotated. I said okay. I never had problem rotating my tires. I also told the employee I have been buying tires here for years. And every time I purchase new tire, I purchase all 4. The firestone employee told me my tires had not been rotated. I was very disappointed/upset. I told him I should not have to purchase new tire due to the fact of neglect from firestone employee who did not rotate my tires. He agreed. But not resolution has been done. I would hate to go somewhere else. I have good service up until now. I notice the management change a lot. I get to know one person and then he or she is gone. And the people who actually do the work changes frequently too.

Desired outcome: I would like new tires due to poor performance for free or a very high discount. I know how important it is to rotate tires. I do have a history to be observed at firestone complete auto care. Please investigate.
