On 11/02/21 I purchased a TV stand from Ashley Homestore in Meridian, Ms. Store 073. Sales Order [protected]. Customer # [protected]. Item # W701-88. It was sold to me by Chris Norris. It was delivered 11/05/21. The deliverer noticed parts were missing and said he would submit a ticket. I called the Meridian store 11/06/21 and told Chris Norris no shelves were delivered with TV stand. He stated no ticket was filed, but he would submit ticket. I called store a week later and was told no ticket was submitted. I called the store on 11/19/21and was told someone would call me back. I received a call from the person that submit complaints. No ticket had been submitted prior. I was told to send pictures to [protected]@ashleydsg.com, which I did. I did not hear from anyone by December 4, so I visited the store. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was not in. The manager looked in the computer and told me the parts were ordered, but no delivery date was listed. As of 01/10/22, I have not received any communication from Ashley Homestore, nor have I received any parts. The TV stand is only useable for the TV and it has an open space in the middle and I cannot put anything behind the doors because I have no shelves.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, TV stand shelves or a new TV stand with all parts
