I've had this car for a little over a year after 5 weeks my car had to go to the shop and had been many times since then for multiple things the check engine light has remained on and it has always had a ticking noise they said it was probably a lifter I asked for another car because this one had so many problems and Janet at the pearl location said to give them one more chance to fix it I did, and it was in the shop a few times after that, the last time was in February 2017 for an oil leak and a cinding unit they said they fixed it and we were good July 9th it slung a rod and locked the motor up due to having no oil in it the warranty is out now that they have messed my car up by not fixing the oil leak like they said I was told by corporate to contact the GM Andy which I tried and Janet left a memo to not let me talk to him that I should only talk to her so I am getting the run around and missing work Bc of this issue they state they will call me back they state they will see about a loaner vehicle but they have done neither of those things I just want a car that's not a lemon and to continue to make my payments
