Attn... Jeremy: kimberly bennett forced me to leave my job in march because she was lying on me n my daughter that both worked there n everyone else... taking money n trying to make everyone else look bad. When I would call her out she would hang uo on me n knew we were on to her. Im so proud you got rid of her! She was the complete worst manager ever! You lost alot of good people because of her! Just wanted to say my peace n say I knew it! Maybe now the business will run the way it should!
Huddle House - wrong items/ missing item/upset customer
Hello. First of all, I dine with huddle house quite a bit, and order online and through the app, as it's convenient and I seem to always get a pretty good deal/discount by doing so as well.
Well, I recently placed an online to-go order this morning for pick up at the s. Eason location in tupelo, ms. The 10oz steak I ordered was a 6 oz! The white gravy for my mashed potatoes was brown (which I do not like-at all!), and I did not receive my pepsi that was to be included with my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich value combo meal. I really love your food-it's always fresh and hot and yummy, however, I don't think it's too much to ask for huddle house team members to be able to accurately follow very simple, extremely specified instructions!? I hate to complain, but when I spend that kind of money on takeout, I expect my order to at least be accurate and complete! We're talking 3 mistakes here, not one! C'mon hh! Tighten up!?! You're slacking and i'd hate to have to switch my business to one of your competitors!? Thank you for your undivided attention to this matter. I hope this will be my first and last complaint. But I must say, today I was very disappointed!
