I do not remember the exact date but it was sometime in April I believe. I moved furniture out of the way to replace flooring and found active termites in the west wall of the room. I called the 1-800 number for Terminix and technicians came out that Saturday and sprayed for the infestation. After another call to the 1-800 number, a regional manager and a new employee came to my house and inspected the damage. The manager gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that he would always call me back if I needed to call him. The other man agreed with him and said he had seen him doing exactly that. He took pictures and took his time inspecting everything. Later that day, the local manager came to my house and measured something outside only - he did not come into the house. He also assured me that he would return calls. But, since then I cannot get either one of them to answer a call or return one. I called the 1-800 number again requesting that someone come to repair the wall (which the company had done on at least 2 other occasions in the past with great outcomes). He said he would pass the message on. A couple of days later a technician came to my house and sprayed for termites again even though he admitted that there couldn't be any live termites left. He said my claim had been passed up the line for review. I'm still waiting at the end of June with no repair and no answers or at least a status report on my claim. I have been a customer for I think over 30 years and have never been treated like this by any company. I feel like I'm stuck because of the cost of starting over with another company and I'm extremely unhappy.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the damage to the wall repaired and I need a response and an apology.
