We ordered 10 hotdogs, Your websitw wouldnt verify my email so we used another coustomers rewards card.
After using the others coustomers rewards card our food wasent discounted. We brought this matter to the managers attention and there was a serious miscommunication with your employees... they were saying that 10 hotdogs should have been $10... I tried to tell them that if I bought 10 hotdogs and they were 2 for a $1 that would. Have been $5 plus tax for 10 hotdogs... the employee scanned the rewards card and with the points he told us we could get a free doughnut... when I went back inside they told me that the rewards were not applied because sometime the system is down this time of night... I told him if the system was down then why did we get a free doughnut for the rewards points? We couldn't get this matter resolved with management so we just left the store without our refund... because they couldn't figure out what went wrong. Now prior to this happening we payed for $15 in gas and the pump cur off at $2.76. I had to go back inside and tell them that the pump stopped at $2.76 so she put the rest back on the pump... and it pumped $2.12 and stopped. So I had to go back inside again to get the rest of the $15 we payed for put back on the pump... so I had to go back inside 3 times just to get my gas... and rhen my husband realized that our food order wasn't priced right either... so a total of 4 times I had ro go back inside, wait in line to get any customer satisfaction or a resolution to our issue. We spent a total of approximately 30 minutes at your store trying to get food and gas... plz help us to get some resolution to our refund for the food prices wrong and our time wasted
Desired outcome: No refund for food being priced wrong and our time wasted
Not happy with customer service. Your employees are incompetent and unable to do simple math..
