9509 South Blvd Charlotte, NC 28273 Autozone auto parts store #6707 which is a 24 HR store has on several occasions not been open. This latest situation occurred on 7/18/2021. I called in advance of attempting to drive to this location just to verify that the store was indeed open, A employee answered the phone and I proceeded to make sure they were open. He stated they were open, so I drove to the location. Once I had arrived, I discovered the doors locked. I then called the store and got an employee by the name of Sasha on the phone. I asked her are they open? She stated that there was a system problem and they may be open in an hour. I drove to get parts from this location and arrived at 7am. I asked her can I speak to a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor. I then proceeded to ask her can I speak to her supervisor and she said she was her supervisor. So I told her no problem, I will contact corporate and file a complaint. Ten minutes later, the doors were unlocked. I drove a distance to this location because they are supposed to be a 24 hr open and functional location. I found out it was not! I hope this gets corrected soon. Besides myself, there were several people waiting to get inside to buy their products and who also drove a distance as well. Thank you for your attention and I hope this gets addressed sooner than later.
