Scheduled an appointment for my family a few weeks in advance for Sat. Nov 28 at the Mayfield Heights Portrait Innovations to take a family group picture and Christmas card. We arrived on time and the store was in complete chaos. The employees were inexperienced and untrained and clearly did not know how to handle customers. There was a complete lack of management. Upon arriving, we were told that because Portrait Innovations had overbooked the date, we could not have the photo shoots we had scheduled. Our photo shoot began one hour late. Just about everyone in the store was pissed off due to the delays. Families with small children were trying to hold it together. Photographer did not appear to be professional and just started firing off random pictures. After spending nearly two hours on site and taking two out of the three scheduled sittings, we had to leave for our Thanksgiving dinner. A real disappointment and completely bad or non-existent customer service. Would not recommend this business to anyone and will warn anyone away who inquires.
