I signed up to have a fax line converted. The rep did not know, and therefor didn't explain, that ACN will not work on fax lines until AFTER I had signed the contract. I have cancelled the contract, but am still on the hook for the $100 cancellation fee, even though the service NEVER WORKED. Do not sign up with this company.
