On august 19, I took my tennis racket to dick’s to get restrung. After waiting for calling for help at the tennis desk, a team member helped me out and told me that I just needed to go pay for the strings and then bring them back to him at the desk. Upon return, he was no longer there, so I left the strings with the racket with all the other ones. They said it would take about a week. After two weeks, I called and they said that it would be ready the next day, but I heard nothing. Today, September 12, almost 3 1/2 weeks after I dropped it off, I called and they said they would restring it by the end of the day. Poor service and overall terrible experience. Would greatly appreciate a refund.
