So they move customer service to the back of the store and didn't have a sign up front directing that traffic. I make a line for 20 min because they only have the cashier Alyssa on register. Alyssa was nice and apologetic but there were several associates through the store that could of helped out. Another young lady comes to the front to help on cash register after I waited 20 mins of my lunch break in line and when is my turn she proceeds to say oh I have to help her out so just wait a min and had me waiting another 10 min before someone else comes to pick up and online order oh but she was quickly told go to the back of the store where Alyssa went back to her her order and I followed as I was still waiting on the other associate to help me (I don't know her name young African American kind of tall I would say 5'7 not wearing net name tag). I'm very upset I wasted my lunch picking up a package no signs that online pick up was moved no one in the back to assist when I did go back Alyssa got my package as She was assisting the other person. It's 12:30 lunch time didn't realize the customers behind me that came after me to the line and waited less time where more important than me and my time. Unacceptable customer service I waited my time I was next my package should have been retrieve and not asked to wait until she assisted 3 other customers behind me. This was at the old navy in Gastonia location on gaston mall. Thanks for making me let and treating me like a piece of [censored] told to wait while other people were addressed and taken care of and the line continued it was no quick end to it but Alyssa was able to go back and assist her customer when her turn came up. Very disappointed
