This hotel refused to give my husband and I a room, not once but twice. I called the "Customer Service" Number for Days Inn, and Flo told me that their was nothing that she could do it was up to the hotel managment. The manager, told me that if I have a complaint to call "Obama at the White House" because he can refuse service to any "american woman" he wants too, because that is his right. "Customer Service" told me that there is "nothing that she or anyone at the home office can do but send the complaint back to the manager." That was who started this whole mess. Please DON'T EVER STAY HERE!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
