Checked in 9/12/23 1:00 a.m. (for 3 night reservation) Jacksonville North Carolina, went to room found bedbugs. Concierge was apologetic. Checked 2 more rooms, 2 different floors, all were filthy and had bedbugs. The concierge came with us to the third room and took pictures. The whole place even the elevator looked neglected with debris on the floor. After driving 16 hours and 2 am, had to find a different hotel.
Claimed loss: Haven't received credit on card yet
Desired outcome: Clean it up and exterminate
