I received a recall for my 2012 Kia Sorento for low beam lights not funtioning properly .
I took my car into Keffers for the repair. I left after three hours assuming my repair was complete however that same evening i loss my low beams again. Soo I returned to Keffer and they again attempted to fix it. And again I have been having issues with the low beams on my sorento. They were in question of what was wrong and I had to explained to them i had been having intermittant low beams and replacing light bulbs for some time. The customer service person Jami Flint was very polite but let me know that the lights were only out on the passenger side so they fixed it this is the first visit well it happened again so i had a second visit and waited appx 3 more hours and it is still doing just what it did when i took it into them in the begininng so I was wondering what I need to do to get it working properly? I took my sorento in May 9th and again on May 15th. i dont have time to waste sitting and not having my car repaired properly. I know its been serveral months but i just need instruction on how to fix it before being pulled over by the police again for no low beam. AND by the way I LOVE my Sorento!
