Ordered and received a Two-Piece Fish Dinner, with Cole Slaw and Unsalted French Fries. Window Clerk asked if I wanted Cocktail or Tartar Sauce. I acknowledged "Yes" and received 2, small, half full containers of Tartar Sauce.
After arriving home and opening one of the two containers of Tartar Sauce there was a Dead Blow Fly on the top of the Tartar Sauce inside this container. The dead Blow Fly was easily noticeable once the top was removed from the Tartar Sauce container.
This type of Unsanitary conditions within a Licensed Food Service Business is unacceptable, and My Wife and I will not be repeating any further business at the Captain D's in Rockingham, NC.
