My name is detrick lynch I bought brand new tires from Walmart with a Dot # of 3321 on April 29 2022 then got a wheel alignment from firestone complete auto care center at 1001 N Wesleyan Blvd in rocky mount nc within the same day or the next day of buying the tires they had already told me they could do it before I went so a month or so later all 4 of my tires wore down In the inside I caught it before it blew out all the way but it messed my air ride up now the car is not drivable. I spoke with Chad synder and one of the associates they said they would offer me a free service I refused then they had me jump through hoops they asked for the dot number on the tires and the receipt trying to imply that I bought tires and waited to get them put on or Walmart sold bad tires when I produced all of that and Chad synder started lying told me that the mercedes can't be lined up due to the air ride I asked why would you say you can do that service if that's the case. I told him I wouldn't have never did business with firestone, so quickly I called the mercedes benz dealership in Durham and asked they said Chad synder was lying 🤥 I need my car repaired before I have to seek legal action and leave my detailed experience on the firestone website so other hard working African Americans don't have the same Bad experience. This is ridiculous I CANT DRIVE MY CAR NOW it broke essential components that helps the vehicle stay up I HAD NO PROBLEMS BEFORE VISITING FIRESTONE.

Desired outcome: I want my car returned to the state before I came to firestone
Firestone Complete Auto Care - Defective tires
On 5-15-2019 purchased 4 tires (015131 Champion Fuel Fighter BL 195/65R15 91H) with 70, 000 mile warranty. Total charge was $408.81. Store # is 006017 in Rocky Mount, NC. Customer invoice number for the tires when we bought them is 192920.
In December 2021 after 6, 600 miles realized back two tires were cupped and worn. Replaced them with tires from another company. On November 23, 2021 took the two worn tires to Firestone where we had purchased them. Was told that the only thing that could have caused this problem was a problem with the struts or shocks on our 2015 Honda. Was told to have Honda certify that the car's suspension system was not a problem. On 12-20-21 took the Honda to Davenport Honda for the certification. Was charged $68.85 for this service. Took the certification to Firestone on 12-22-2021. No response so far. Called and spoke with manager at Rocky Mount Firestone, Matt today. He has not offered any remedy to this problem.
Desired outcome: Refund the cost of the two tires
