Heartland Estate Sales

Heartland Estate Sales in Omaha, Nebraska robbed me blind after telling me I would have a very successful sale. I visited with them for over two years and Ronda Bernady the owner said she was so excited to have my sale. She then made a point of remarking on my bad review about them that all my items were junk. She also said 10 other companies turned me down which is absolutely not true. Only one other company that I contacted never got back to me. The other five I interviewed were waiting for me to make a decision. I ask her this...if they were junk why did she agree to hold my sale in the first place. I lost a lot of money on my sale and they left my house in a total mess. She refused to answer phone calls and or emails. A HORRIBLE DISHONEST PERSON AND COMPANY I hired this company to hold an estate sale for me. They proved to be very unethical, lied to me and were very dishonest. After visiting my home more than three times over a two year time period they assured me I would have a very successful sale. After the sale, they said My items were worthless, and that was why the sale was not very successful. She refused to communicate with me after that. I ask then WHY after viewing all my items more than once did they tell me I would have a very successful sale. The owner Ronda Bernady's exact words were: "If I didn't think your sale was worth having I would not have it" quote unquote. I did not store all the valuables in a room down stairs only clothes and personal items were in the room downstairs. So that is a total lie. I had box and boxes of items plus 5 rooms very nice of furniture. I would not recommend them
