Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went in for an oil change 11/28 that cost close to 100$, the following day 11/29 I noticed oil leaking onto my driveway, which did not happen before. on 11/30 I went into the shop to ask them to check it out. I was then confronted by matt who stated "the oil housing is cracked and its very common", then stated I will contact you with a good quote on to fix it. I immediately made an appointment with the jeep dealership in Manahawkin. on 12/5 I went in for my appointment, they had to drain all the oil and stated that this is not common and that who ever did your oil change tighten it too much resulting in cracking the housing. the total cost 900$ plus the oil change from firestone in Absecon at 100$. now as a loyal customer who refers ppl to that shop I was treated like [censored], cost me 1000$ and so much suffering. couldn't've go to work and was out a jeep for several days. no one tried to help or suggest an alternative to a situation that your mechanic caused, the only thing was ill call you with another price. I would like compensation for the aggregation that I was caused and the money I lost. today is 12/8 no one from firstone has called or inquired about my jeep or even the safety of myself in this jeep. I went in for a simple oil change and it cost me all that I had for xmas. I went in without any problems and now im suffering.
