I visited wawa at 6 lanes mill plaza Brick Nj 08724 on 7/21/21 at approximately 1030pm. I mobile ordered a 24oz iced mocha latte with whip cream and oat milk. I have ordered a iced mocha latte frequently about 4 times a week for the past 7 years. I am very familiar with the taste of the beverage. When I arrived at wawa to pick up my order I found that the beverage was on the mobile order pick up shelf. I could see that there was no whip cream on it which already was a red flag. When I spoke to Amanda, who is an employee there, she stated that that was how I ordered the beverage I said please look at the order receipt at which time she saw that it stated whip cream. She then took the drink back and made the correction and returned the drink back to me. Once she returned the latte I tasted it and realized that it did not taste like a iced latte but tasted like an iced coffee. I then explained that to Amanda at which time she replied again looking at the computer screen saying this is what you ordered. I then replied and stated is it possible someone made a mistake in which she replied "no". She also stated that I would have to order another one if I wanted to replace it because she can't take it back. I took it as she was advising me to purchase another latte. At this time from her dismissive behavior I left the store. I feel 2 issues were a red flag to me. She failed to realize that as a customer she could have been more empathetic to my concerns and not trying to correct the issue I had with the beverage. I just am concerned with the way this employee conducted herself and wanted wawa to hear about my incident. This employee is representing wawa and it should be addressed.
Desired outcome: Would like for her to be advised of her actions for any further incidents.
