Jewelry returned to store purchased from within the required 14 day period. Store issued typed printed receipt. The store receipt indicated that it was issued to my daughter. No indication on receipt that it needed to be used within a certain time period. Thus it should have been as good as cash. My daughter tried to use the credit at the store yesterday and was told that since the store could not find it in their computer they would not honor it. The clerk gave her a card with information on how to contact customer service and said that it would take weeks to straighten out.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
