CarId - Draw-tite class 2 frame trailer hitch

ORDER # [protected] Hello I order a Draw-Tite Class 2 Frame Trailer Hitch Part Number:36114. Received the hitch Jun 22 2020 full of scratches because this item was sent to me with no protection, no box please look all the images, I had a plan to put the hitch in my car to go away for the 4th of July seven days later my problem is not getting resolve now I will have to open a dispute with my credit card. Not a reliable company to do business.
User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company, customer service won't help you.

Desired outcome: To send me the replacement. Today

CarId - Everything

I purchased rims and tires before I even placed the order I called to insure fitment plus their site also said it would fit. First problem was the rim hugged my break so tight the was no way to move the car. I asked for either a refund or a different product (rim that fit properly) their response was to send spacers which also did not fit (those were made of aluminum wrapped in newspaper in a non professional box) and e/t lug nuts. After the spacers that I did not want, there was not enough tread for the lug nuts to even work.
I was told multiple times your S.O.L we can do anything. Almost 2 months later I finally got a rep who realized since its a fitment issue the would take the tires back. However the materials to repackage for send back covered enough for 1 tire. I requested additional materials which never was responded (I waited for more than 2 weeks) and as a matter of fact they sent another set of the same lug nuts. Ups didn't even have the additional wrapping, they had to box each tire resulting in 120$ out of pocket. I have sent pictures and responses every step of the way, including the receipt from the ups store. They refuse to do anything about the cost out of pocket.
But at this point to total lack of respect of my time, money, inconvenience and extra money of pocket. Is the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this company in a million years. When I asked how to leave feedback on their site they just told me to call wheels dept again. Ridiculous
