I took my car in for service after receiving notice it was time for my car to be services. I wanted my tires rotated due to the notification from Carfax and the normal service. I was told twice I did not have warranty for tire rotation even though I gave the service rep the card. Finally the 3rd time I was told I did have the warranty but my tires don't need rotation. This was after I was told it would cost $79.00. While waiting for the service rep I noticed on the message board tire rotation was $19.99. I brought this to the attention of the service rep who said they just changed the message. How convenient. Had I told the rep to go ahead and rotate the tires, I would have been out of $79.00 in addition to the $227 dollars I paid for something I probably never needed. Next I was told my "drive belt was rotted and it controls all of my power" but was never shown the belt needed changing. The mechanic that did the work asked why was I changing the belt and the service rep said that I told him I drive far. How does a belt need replacing on a car that is 5 years old with less than 100k miles. Lastly my headlight was out again after being changed at this dealership in April. I was told I would have to pay for it. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this Dealership.
