For the span of roughly one year from todays day I have been using this location. I enter and pay my money and hope to receive value for value. Tonight's visit unfortunately was typical of a large number of my visits there (I say 'unfortunately' because I am usually 'challenged' not in terms of 'ability to pay' but terms of impishly 'getting around' my business-like demeanor and attitude..) and then events quickly spiralled out of all proportion (for example today's visit saw your offending employee named Avery tell me after he used the N-word but not toward me "... you've been called that before, ain't you?". He said this in non low voice in other words he said this loudly enough for his crew members to hear him. I make this distinction in his use of volume because there were a few things he pretty much whispered to me because he only wanted me to hear. He made a flicking motion with his fingers near my temple on one of these low volume voice moments.)
I walked through the door seeing only one customer in the dinning room. I stand back from but directly in front of the register. I wait until I am waited on. Almost immediately a person (Avery) appears before me and begins fiddling with the register. Thinking we are starting the transaction I say:. "I want the number two combo.". The person does not respond in any way except to look at me. He walks away and immediately walks back to the register doing pretty muchthe same thing he did before. So I said again "I want the number two combo (adding) with cheese and onion rings.". Again I am ignored and he moves out of range. Another employee appears. He greets but I must repeat the order (I have not moved a muscle from when I have stood). I repeat the order three times in it's entirety each time (and all subsequent times too actually — hoping they were actually listening and knowing that this was constructive in helping them to get the order — but this person kept asking me by building on my sentence "do you want the number two combo...?". So of course I answered by stating the whole request and he again kept rebuilding on my sentence about two more times so that by now I have repeated my order around eight times — which is typical of what I have to do when I am there narrowly avoiding an argument every time. Typically there are other guests in the line with me and your employees unfortunately never really loose an opportunity for making their treatment of me thusly to seem justified as if I am used to visiting but 'giving a hard time' when it is really your employees who have 'the opportunity for socializing/ networking' suddenly seize them and they begin 'competing' with me as though the situation were 'rivalry at a networking function'. This has happened too many times for me to be mistaken on this point. When I point out the number of times I have repeated my order the person moves on to:. "do you want medium or large?" I answer and I pay. I then remember that no one asked me the nature of my combo drink so I take this time to ask for a Dr pepper no ice. He tries to give me the receipt but I tell him to keep it. Avery bags my meal. He gives me heapings of napkins and sauces but he has to go back and make the drink because I have to repeat that. He goes back and immediately shuffles ice so I have to say again 'no ice'. I take the bag cup and napkins leaving the rest and turn to go but the cup is full of ice. I realize that Avery is being sarcastic. I pivot and place down the bag and napkins and lastly the cup which bounced when I placed it on the counter and on 'absolute accident'tipped over spilling out onto the floor behind the counter. Avery turned around only to hear the liquid splash onto the floor. What I mean to say by that is to say that Avery did not see how the cup bounced or tilted he just saw the liquid on the floor.
This is were things get difficult on Burger Kings part.
1. Avery immediately begins using the f-word and coming towards me as though something one hundred times stronger than a cup with liquid spilling from it has just happened. Avery uses the f-word a few more times then vocalizes that he thought I deliberately spilled the drink. He tries to get me to say I did it deliberately.
▪️Your other crewmembers acted shamefully from this point on moving for the next ten or so minutes either with being within viewing range or completely without FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING ANY OPPORTUNITY FOR A DANGEROUS EXCHANGE BETWEEN MYSELF AND AVERY TO PRESENT ITSELF AND DEVELOPE. The camera footage will support how they CONSPIRED to give Avery and myself 'privacy'within seconds of their just 'being rooted to the ground' moments earlier.
➡️When Avery began cursing I asked for a manager from one of the crew members who was following Avery who was coming towards me. Then manager was appearing however behind him. I point at Avery. He is cursing now even louder. Without asking anyone anything this manager says to me: "Ma'am when you spill a drink on someone what do you expect?". I have to take a moment to process what they are doing. There is some divertive talk how a cup could only spill if somebody has hurled it and not by any other means about... Now Avery is pulling his ears. He gets a cup full of 'some type of liquid' and dashes me in the face with it.
I tell your manager to call the police. She refuses. I say I then will call them. She says: "Go ahead and call.". Then Avery throws a second cup of liquid in my face. I tell the manager to call the police. She says no again. Later she will say of Avery "He was/is too big for me to try and stop.". But she had not said that yet. Avery however told me: "That the police would only be arriving for me (as opposed to arresting himself). He also cryptically says to me"You didn't take out your camera this time didn't you?"➡️The crew members begin to abruptly vanish as Avery comes to my side of the counter where he and I have plenty of privacy. He begins cleaning up so I being recording. Footage can better explain what I mean in terms of actual body presences at any given time but the female manager did tell me"Ma'am you cannot... here". She meant for me to put away the camera. I thought it odd that she 'knew every rule to control me but not one to control Avery'. Avery was skimmingly bypassing me and talking to me while doing so. He would go from behind to in front of to behind again to in front of your counter and finally out of a clear blue sky it was if she were looking into a distance (she was thinking that hard) she reversed course and said she was calling the police.
▪️The police arrive and I get to first and tell my side so I do pointing out that at no time was any one except myself asked any questions. On Avery's turn he continuously used the word 'expedited'. Finally the officer hears everyone's side then he gets to the point where he asks the female manager whether she was a direct witness to Avery throwing the liquids on me. She restates his question but he asks her again the same way. She actually hesitates (as if biting her lip) and says yes. I'm dumbfounded.
Desired outcome: Punishment for all guilty parties involved and Compensation for injuries
