i have been calling customer services since 7/17/19 to report my cable service is not working. I am disputing the charge of a service worker coming out to service my apartment on 7/22/19, due to the fact that the problem was only temporarily resolved. the next day my cable service was out. if you review my record you will see the numerous times i have called about not having services. I have no use of the internet, cable or phone. I have exchanged my router as instructed by customer service and the issue did not resolve. I am requesting a refund for the service visit, and the days of not having services from 7/17/19 to present day. On 7/27/19 i had the worst customer service experience, I called customer service several times, i spoke to a rep, from billings to dispute the $80 service charge and was told i could not do anything because the problem was found in side my home. I asked to speak to a supervisor. My request was denied, i asked to officially requesting to file a grievance, i was denied. I requested a credit and was told i would only get $8 in credit. This is appalling, i pay $228 a month for service that i have not been able to use and i am only getting credit of $8 because it was only documented that my internet service is out. This is unacceptable. The problem with my cable system is Optimums cable equipment, the system was rebooted several times by the services worker and finally he got it started and even after that I showed him my internet screen, see below, these are the pictures i took on Saturday 7/27/19 as proof that my system is still not working This is the same issue i have been having since 7/17/19. There is something faulty with the equipment i have and i should not continue to be charged for equipment, service and a service visit that does not resolve my issue. No I have a 2nd service visit, I was informed by the service 2nd service representative that there would be no charge. There should not be any charge for any of the visits and there should be credit for the days i had absolutely no service starting July 17th. the attached photos is the message i receive when i attempt to access the internet services. My phone has no dial tone and my tv has an error message.
