9:00PM at closing - I was fast talked into purchasing antitheft insurance I said two times I do not want it. Finance Mgr JR would not let me read over paperwork while he was processing all the pages. Told me he had OCD.
I looked over paperwork when I got home at 11pm - Called Salesperson Frank Torzo 1st thing next morning demanded refund. He said come get me when you come in to get your plates.
The dealership gave me a "CHECK REQUEST" for the refund.
Check never came! Emails, phone calls of promises. Still no Refund!
I just went to Ethics Board with a Complaint.

Another Couple was there to purchase a Sequoia and told they had to purchase $2000.00 Chip Insurance. I told wife that is FALSE.
