I'd like someone from corporate to contact me at [protected] I'm having the worst experience with gateway Kia of New Brunswick about getting my vehicle serviced. I'm told that they only have two available loner cars and there is no standard or procedure to reserve one while I'm in need. I'd like to get my car serviced because the Kia dealership in Ewing New Jersey won't touch my car because they say that when I purchased my brand new Kia from gateway they installed a aftermarket remote start instead of a factory one. I have small twin toddlers and a teenager to which I'm extremely busy and I'm need of transportation while my car is being fixed. I'm am under warranty and I am frankly abruptly told that I can't help you I don't know what to tell you. This was not the same experience from when the salesman was chasing me out the door to sell me the car. Kia has done a complete 180 and is very brash rude and very dismissive. I'm very irate about the way I'm being treated after I spent an exuberant amount of money on my car and the full experience of purchasing a new car. I own a Cadillac and the experience is remarkably different so much so the the point where it's alarming. I'd like someone from corporate to contact me ASAP
