To whom it may concern: my daughter is having her Graduation pictures taken today 4/12/2019, so I called the above Supercuts on 4/11/2019 to make the appt for her blowout. I called in the morning, and made the appt for 6pm on 4/11/2019. Around 3pm, after realizing that I will be stuck at work, I called them again to reschedule the appt, and they rescheduled it for 7pm.
Imagine my surprise when we got there for the 7pm appt that my daughter did NOT have the appt logged in, so they couldn't take her. Moreover, they started arguing with me that they don't have any records of me calling, were very rude and defensive! After I mentioned that I have SCREEN SHOTS from my phone's history of me calling them, and that they can check the same on their phone, 2 ladies got even more rude and started saying things like "they won't check the phone records" and that I don't have the right to ask them to check their phone records. One of the ladies was named Francesca. I believe the appt was made by Abby. There was a third young lady (skinny, blond) who refused to give her name when I asked her for her name.
I will not go back to this Supercuts location any longer due to this low level of customer service. It was bad enough that my daughter didn't get her hair done for her Graduation pictures. It's the fact that after I said to them that I can prove that I had called them and made the appointment, that they got really rude and defensive and started yelling at me in front of other customers.
In my opinion, the manager of this location should look into the hiring practices and hire professionals with a higher level of customer service, which is not what's there now. Very disappointed.
