I had 21.52 sq. yd. of the product professionally installed in 2018. By 2021, the flooring had separated at the seams and I contacted the dealer/installer. The tech peeled the flooring up and closed some of the gap, but it separated again later. I submitted a copy of my receipt and photos to the warranty department at Dept C, 3500 Quakerbridge Rd, Trenton, NJ with no response. I waited because I thought the pandemic could be delaying repairs. The product continued to fail with one of the corners delaminating and I submitted a claim again in 2022. I have had no response from Dept C, not even an e-mail conformation of the documentation I submitted.
After five years, labor is no longer covered under the warranty. The clock is running out and the Company will not respond.
