I have been a member since 2008. shoping at costco it has always been
amazing good product smily faces. exept when we decided to obtain tiers on 6/5/2019. with me where my kids and my brother in law. we arrived at costco at 645 pm and decided to get the tiers paid for instalation. pass 830 pm we had to go ask for our car when we came to our surprice the person who was working on our an decided that the job was to har nd was goign to work on other cars. we waited another 1hr and 30 min to come out of costco with 3 tiers and one need to be done by a mechanic. mario Aguilera was rude and took the time to scream at me and my brother inlaw that he could not do anything and that we didnt know anything about tiers that he was the profesinal. my kids where their they question his attitude towars us whent at any point we were rude towars him. today is 6/6/2019 am running aorund town using gas having to go back to costco. we spoke to the managuer from the store, she just leasen and said sorry many times, we had purshes salads she replacethem with other ones that where inflated and I need to return. noone took the real time to healp us at all. we just got a round around and a sorry.
I wuld like to request a free instalation on the tiers and about 30 dls that I have spend running around doing the job Mario was supposed to get done on 6/5/2019
the imague that mario left on my kids mind of a rude person is not going to go oway, so please if posible a coctumer service training I have been in costumer service for 14 years for t mobile and trust me the costumer is always right. you just dont take your anger at them. you lisen and see what can be done focus on t he positive because and angry worker and an angry costumer don't go together.
