Baskin-Robbins - Inability to enter store

I understand that not just BR closed their doors to customers, but many businesses did this in order to reduce the spread of the pandemic. My issue with this location is that every BR store has opened for months and this location continues to lock their doors and force customers into a drive thru. The store looks filthy with junk containers/fans littered on the interior floors and I wonder if this neglect is due to not being held accountable by customers entering the store. Please look into this location. I have been to several BR's around the Vegas valley and none of them are like this. We as customers should have the ability to see our choices and know if the employees are practicing cleanliness when handling a food product. I am tempted to call the health department to ensure health and safety is being practiced. Thank you.
