Paid $314.00 in April 2013 for trip to Orlando, Fl. To start on Feb.17, 2014. Were to attend time share in exchange for 3nights 4 day, cruise, $100.00 food card which is almost impossibly to use. Two weeks before our trip was to start Casablanca Express called to say they didn't have anyone that would be there to do the time share with us but would honor the gifts and pay for the room.Well in return home Feb.25, 2014 Casablanca Express sends us a check for $100.00. Not right at all call them speaking to Mike first name bases tells us that is all we get because we didn't attend the time share and that we cancelled.. We were there Feb.[protected].. Which in turn paid in full for the rooms. He went and find out yes we were there and we our self show they had more than enough personal there so there was no reason the time share could not of been done they where trying to grab people off street or walking into Hotel. Our daughter who was also staying there was approached to do a presentation there. Our money should be return the $314.00 this is a SCAM. We have never had problems from Casablanca Express in the past but when I saw Wyndham name is there and I have not had any good come from this company they are pressures putters and over seller SCAMERS.Had I only known, either way our money should be returned to us I can care less about the offers seeing they did not hold up to their part at all.
Reading another complaint and Sandy Lopez was saying give her the chance to look into it, so I went and emailed her at Sandy Lopez(sandy@casablancaexpress.com) asked her to look into our problem and help us. Sandy Lopez answered right back ask for hotel folio and said our money would be returned to us for the 3 nights stay. As of March 10, 2014 checking with our bank the money was returned to us for the price we paid for 3 night stay. We are very thankful to her Sandy Lopez
