She knew I was going to report her, so she did not want to give me her full name or any information for HR or corporate.
I refuse to visit this location anymore! I was told it recently became a franchise and that she could not help me with any owner or corporate information to send a complaint. I felt racially profiled and discriminated against. I was refused service and dismissed because I asked for the number for HR for this location.
Something seriously needs to be done about the level of training that these managers are given before being placed into a leadership position.
There is no way that anyone in her position should deal with the public in such a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. She cannot even answer simple questions without getting frustrated and having an attitude.
It was totally uncalled for and should be addressed.
Desired outcome: Some sort of retraining must be done immediately at this location.
