I placed an order on June 26, 2023. The order was only for $10 but because they discontinued this item in the store, I had no choice but to order it. I asked that it be sent to the store located at 1240 S. Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89104. I received an email on July 10, 2023 that my order had came in to the store. I tried to phone the store but no one answers. That is not unusual in Las Vegas. So I drove to the store to get my order. I talked to the daytime manager that I was here to pick up a order and the manager told me to wait in line. I waited behind 5 or 6 people. When I finally got to the front of the line, the manager radioed someone to bring my order to the front and I was told to stand off to the side, which I did. Someone finally came out from the back and informed me that my order must have been put on the wrong truck and I would have to wait until the following week. They did offer to return my money but as I stated earlier, this is a item that is only available at Dollar Tree and is no longer available in store. It can only be ordered online.
Today, July 16, 2023 I received another email that my order was in. When I arrived and talked to the manager he looked through his order sheets and could not find my order. I showed him the email. He told me that he was going to go to the back of the store to look for my order. He returned several minutes later to inform me that he could not find my order. He stated that he assumed because I got the email and he does not have paperwork nor the order, that my order was delivered to the wrong store. I asked if he could check into where my order was, he said I had to check with Dollar Tree myself. I tried to phone Dollar Tree but naturally they were closed. The fact that this manager would not even check to see where my order was, was very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Staff that have been negligent in this matter should be reprimanded and I want to receive my order. When considering all these problems and gas money wasted my order should be doubled and sent directly to my apartment. ASAP
