I’ve worked 9shifts at the Venetian for custodial, they under pay and they try to task you with things outside of the job description.
They pay 98$ for 8 hours of event Setup and cleaning. They also want you to push a 25 pound tilt while doing so. This is a lot of straineous work that your being tasked with for under 100$ the least they should be doing for the amount of labor being asked for is 120$.
You can’t sit down the whole 8hrs not including your lunch break and if you Finnish early they send you home instead of trying to find something for people to do. They try to pay the least amount legally possible. They are under paying and overworking higher compensation needs to be set out!
Desired outcome: Higher pay on jobs custodial
