On friday march 8, 2019 around 3:30 pm I had reserved a room at circus circus hotel, when I was in the room by myself only 30 minutes in I heard a knock at the front door and got up to see who it was? It was 2 male security and 1 female security 1 male security asked me if I knew a person named hugo I said yes, he then escorted me out of the room and said I had to leave the hotel because my friend had a dispute with another guest at the casino area. I was taken to the office and was told I had to sign a paper that banned me from the circus circus and all mgm hotels I followed the security demands, I didn't want to not follow instructions so I did what I was told. After I sign the paper I was let go and my friend that I had met in vegas for a few days was let go with me. I asked him what had happen he then explain that he was having a dispute with a black african men that started cursing and saying offensives things to him and he told him to leave him alone and to calm down. The black african men that was with a female lady than became hysterical and was yelling at hugo because her boyfriend was upset only for that reason she started getting attention with other guest yelling kaos. So the security's took hugo in because the woman had told them that he molested her child, they investigated hugo and seen that it was false accusation against him and of course no evidence they checked cameras and video and found nothing, because it wasn't true. The police was not called and the accuser was no where to be found to sustain that accusation. I was wrongly thrown out for something that didn't pertain to me when I was minding my own business in my room by myself enjoying my vacation in my favorite hotel. And was force to sign and agreement that didn't pertain to me only because I knew this person I was banned from the hotel and felt discriminated for something that I was not near or present at that time it occur. Hugo was innocent he didn't have to sign a agreement nor make a statement because nothing had happen. I was forced to rent another room at a different hotel and pay a costly higher price and lost my money thru vegas.com because they charge me for a room I couldn't stay in, they also have a 48 hour policy so I couldn't get a refund back. Please look into this matter all I need is the banned to be lifted and I am appealing this banned. Please review this situation I was wrongly thrown out of the hotel for something that I was not even present for nor around. Thank you
