Outback Steakhouse - Complaint

On may 23, 2023 my husband and I patronize your Outback Steakhouse restaurant. We arrive late afternoon between the hours of 5 and 6pm. My husband and I ordered the 12 ounce Ribeye steak. I had broccoli for my side and my husband had a baked potato with the works. We also had bread to accommodate our meal. I ordered medium, husband ordered medium rare. The meal came in a timely order and did look good. The problem was this. Ribeye steak should be tender to the cut. This steak had so much grizzle and connective tissue that we couldn’t manage to find and edible piece to eat. It also had a horrible taste to it. I am not sure what form of marinate you had this steak in, but it was horrible. It in my mind wasn’t a choice cut. The reason I say this is because I am a meat specialist and have been for 44 years. I know how meat should present itself. How it should cut and how it should taste. This ribeye was the worst cut I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My husband felt the same. I also educate my customers how to cook there steaks. I am not sure what happened to our steaks. Most of our steaks were not eaten. We left a bit hungry. I am not quite sure of the exact dollar amount, I believe in the range of 70 plus dollars along with a tip. Now we have eaten at the Outback Steakhouse in green bay wi as well as Madison wi. Both had been a good experience. Las Vegas didn’t capture my appetite. Perhaps you need to check this particular restaurant out. Perhaps the meat was spoiled. All I can say it was the worst tasting ribeye I had ever eaten. Thank you. Joyce and Dan Fischer

Desired outcome: It would be nice to have a refund on our meal as well as complimentary coupons to visit your Wisconsin restaurant. Perhaps it was your Vegas location that had spoiled meat. Totally spent was 70 plus dollars plus tip.

Outback Steakhouse - Staff in front

Been there around 7pm today, after the registration the staff said the waiting is around 30 mins., been waiting for 45mins then I come and check my waiting time the lady said 7mins more then I comeback again after 12mins they said the table is not ready and they offer me the bar table, how suck? Why need to be wait for too long and there is no assurance with the time. This is the worst customer service i've encountered here in vegas... Wont be back here!
