When I purchased my car on July 2018 they took out a gap insurance policy on my car it was good for 6 years the life of the of the loan but I sold the car. I ways told in writing from the loan company that I am do a refund since I paid my loan off sooner than policy was written for which it was paid off in 11/2020. I am due a refund for the last 4 years that I will not be using that contract or that service. I've tried to reach them through the number that's it says on their website recording comes on and says it can't be reached by my area code. I reached out to Assurance who wrote the policy but said Paul Blanco is responsible even if they go bankrupt.
Desired outcome: Get refund do not have $ amount
