Hello, first off I love KB I bought 2 town houses in 2020 and I am buying 2 more houses at Talus landings in Las Vegas. My complaint is. The lights flicker ALL 12 canned lighting in the entire house address 7028 Coyote Mesa N Las Vegas 89086. The Electriction co Sparky electric and Focus Electric who KB is contracted with who put the electrical in says it’s because the canned lights are ultra cheap. The electrical is not in Warrenty I should not have to be paying for this type of repair on a residence you (KB) builder less then 2 years ago
Desired outcome: Replace the canned lighting with more quality light that actually work . Or help me pay for this …something
