On 1/31/2022, approximately 4 pm, at a Blinkfitness "St. Ann's in the Bronx" an assistant manager by the name of Jonathan P., was very aggressive and disrespectful in a threatening manner. All I wanted to do is cancel my membership but this guy went crazy on me. I am afraid to even exercise at this club. He mentioned his military background, and how he would get away with beating the [censored] out of me for making a complaint. This guy doesn't need to be working here at all.
Desired outcome: Removed from a position of power
