I visited the 180 Livingston street location on 07/21/21, I ordered the shrimp and wing combo, my husband a Turkey burger and fries. My wings were not cooked on the inside with the outside fried hard, meaning the grease was too hot and the outside cooked but the inside didn't, my husband fries were cold, after we waited about half an hour.
The ladies' restroom was filthy, and my husband stated the same about the men restroom. The restaurant was empty, so all of this is unacceptable. And all the manager Omar did was take 6.49 off the bill after I was served cold fries and under cooked chicken.

The best service was from our waiter Charysma, who was more apologetic than the manager, who never came to the table When I requested for him. This is inexcusable I look forward to hearing from you

Ok when we got there it took them over 20+ before we was act knowledge. I had to ask a waiter can we be served He didn't seem to happy like I was bothering him. Anyway I ordered the chicken and waffles and when it finally came it had this sauce on it that made the waffle taste so bad, and to top it off The waffle head scallions in it as well just nasty, told Managerment some Chinese Asian looking guy he said he can't do nothing about it and wouldn't even take off anything off the bill
