You had excellent, what I always touted as the finest service support of all the tech companies I know. Now you send us to a call center somewhere with people who don't speak english well - I had one woman who couldn't have cared less and I didn't understand most words as the accent and quiet uncaring voice even with my phone volume to the max didn't make her words discernable. The second call was received by a gentlemen who seemed truly interested in helping but again with a difficult accent. You went from the best to just like all those crappy tech companies. It's what separated you from verizon fios. What happened?! Did the company get bought out and the dollar became more important than the customer? Very disappointed in what I receive for my $200/month. Very disappointed.
