I bought few furniture with platinum protection plan in 2019. When I wanted to repair the products, they could not repair those and offered me credit. Based on the provided credit I purchased new products worth of 9242 USD.
I was told after returning the product I'll be receiving credit of 8000 USD, but they provided 6177, after multiple communication they did not resolve the dispute and charged me the difference.
The sales manger told me to file a dispute for the difference, but when I called the store, they acted rude and told me it was a mistake from the store side and they duplicated few items and thus they gave me a wrong credit. But they can not give me the credit they told earlier. I can only get the refund what they think are correct now.
I feel I was scammed and they mislead me to sell the product.
Desired outcome: Get promised/offered credit
