Hello,
Today I was in ordering take out food. The line seemed very confused of who was ordering what. I had ordered a bowl of quest with a bag of chips. When it came, I questioned if that was a bowl that I had just paid for. No it was a cup! When I asked for more chips in the bag to go with my bowl of queso, the person gave my bag to the person behind me and then gave me a different bag with the same amount. Is Moe's cutting back on the amount of chips they serve with bowls of queso?
The same person last week had trouble on the cash register when I wanted to give him $20.24 for my $16.24 order. I asked him to wait a minute so I could give him the 24 cents. His reply was oh your going to get the change! I didn't want all, the coins! He clearly didn't understand and I got them all a yeah. Even when I slowly explained that I wanted the $4 change he had trouble understanding.
The restaurant also seemed extremely dirty today as the trash was piled high in the receptacles. I did notice a hiring sign in the window. I'm just wondering if these employees are getting the proper training?

Moe's Southwest Grill - undercooked rice broken tooth
Hi I contacted the store location in Clifton park and Amber and her crew disregarded it acting like they didn't cook undercooked rice that was most certainly in my burrito this morning when I ate it unfortunately when I hit down the 3rd or 4th time I had my meal completely ruined because of biting into some undercooked rice which then sent me into agonizing pain holding the right side of my face not trying to choke because the rice was so hard it cracked my tooth now most other times I don't complain to places I take it for what it is but this is [censored]ing crazy I'm in so much pain right now when I should of just been able to enjoy my meal and now I want absolutely nothing to do with it cause of the fact I might chip or hurt more too teeth I personally want to find out what resolution there is for this because this is absolutely ludicrous and I am completely dissatisfied disgruntled in pain and furious because the manager or whoever answered the phone did not sound like they cared and gave me a fake number until I looked moes customer cares number online and a guy told me actually how to file a complaint correctly and he said to contact about this these are the photos of my unfinished meal my new cracked tooth and uncooked rice wish I had my tooth but I have no [censored]ing clue where it is all I know is the pains pretty agonizing thank you hopefully we can resolve this.
