The Salvation Army USA - employee theft

I Have been going to this salvation army for years, I actually even was employed at the salvation army about 10 years ago and seeing all the new exciting things come in is 100% fun but it should go on the shelf and Yes we had the opportunity to buy it and I believe we got in 10% employee discount I cannot fully remember that but it was still priced for a customer in boughten as such is how my manager ran it but the last few months I have been finding it the racks are entirely to empty and what is on the racks are either ripped torn or faded... There is never any furniture and when there is it looks terrible... most of the brick a brack is old, chipped and only just as empty as racks, shoes included, there is quite the turn over of employees. There is never any furniture and when there is it looks terrible... most of the brick a brack is old, chipped and only just as empty as racks, wall decor is non existent basically and shoes are so dirty or torn, there is quite the turn over of employees always someone new and lack of professional customer service is unbelievable, I have witnessed myself donations being donated and moving directly into an employees vehicle. I have witness myself employees walking out with garbage bags full of something I'm assuming items that had been donated very discouraging to know that this is happening in myself family and friends and everybody I've ever thrift shopped with doesn't even bother going to this salvation army anymore because we know there's nothing to even look at or purchase. Even for the last 5 years the roof has leaked when rain or snow and buckets and totes are everywhere, the products were worth ignoring all that. I used to spend hours in the store looking at every and Anything there was to see. Now when I did go in there. You could be out in 30 minutes and be confident you saw Everything there was too see or you were disgusted in the first 10 minutes you just leave. If this is how the stores are being allowed to run it just disgust me there are so many out there in need of these items into the basically stealing from them makes my stomach turn.
