I received the attached quotation on Saturday morning from your website. I went to your East Setauket NY location to purchase these Goodyear Tires. The man behind the counter (Donnie) told me that he could not honor this quote. He called a manager on site and was told we had to wait for the “Big Boss (manager) to come. He didn’t know when that would happen but promised I would get a call back before store closing on Saturday night. As you can imagine that phone call never came.

I understand that this may have been an error. I said the least they could do was give me an additional discount off the sale of $ 795.96. As I never received a call back I will be making the purchase direct from my locate Goodyear Tire store. The tires from them are $ 737.57 with an additional rebate of $ 100.00 for at total of $ 637.57.

I think it’s sad that I didn’t even warrant a call back from anyone at the store. I was not being unreasonable and was willing to work them the. Sorry they felt the need to let me take my business elsewhere.
