I would not recommend anyone to come to this moe's location. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I came into this restaurant to place an order for my son and i. There was a family in front of us and then we were next. When it came to out turn I was told we will be with you in one moment. The woman who I later found out her name was maureen took his order it was a crunch wrap. She said with an attitude are you getting a crunch wrap too? I replied no. She walks away and another young girl was filling the online orders. She then says we will be with you in a moment, again I said ok. 12 minutes later I said how much longer are we gonna have to wait we have already waited 12 mins. She replied very snippy. The crunch wrap is cooking. I replied how can it be cooking if my son never told you what he wants on it. She replied again very aggressively it's cooking they take a couple of minutes. My son and I look at each other very baffled but continued to wait. She walks over to the grill area whispers something to another young girl and they laugh. She comes back with the two chips that were cooking not the wrap, would of been helpful for a decent explanation. I pay for my order the "manager" apologizes for our wait and we go on our way. I get home and realize my queso I paid for is not in the bag. I call and speak to maureen the manager. I asked to be refunded my $4. Had the in person experience been different I would of overlooked it. Maureen says it can't be refunded w out coming in. I proceeded to say I live 15 mins away and have to be to work in an hour so I can't come in. I then ask if she can put so sort of credit on my sons account because it was his app we used. She said I don't think we can do that either. So I asked think? Or you can't? She said they can't. I said well how can I be compensated at a later date. She did she can take my name down. She proceeded to put me on hold but before she pressed the button down I hear her screaming oh my god it's that [censored]! While on hold i'm praying to myself to remain calm. She gets back in the phone and I told her you might want to put the hold button down before you begin talking trash about customers. She replied name? I responded with what is corporates number her response again was name? I said I just asked you for corporates number. She said I don't know. I said you are the manager and you don't know how to locate corporates number, she replied no. I responded ok maureen and disconnected the call. There's so much I could of said in response to her actions but I chose to refrain. I will never visit that location again and the staff clearly had no respect look at who they have for a manager, great example maureen!
Desired outcome: Would like the issue addressed and to be contacted w the result
