Pulled up to window, paid girl, she handed out large coffee with the lid only partially on, I reached out to grab it and went all over my arm. The Three girls working thought this was hilarious and could only laugh. There was no concern for injury and all she could say is "You Still Have to pay "and didn't offer anything to clean up with. Am I expecting too much from these people?

I tried to order an iced decaf coffee and was told that you do not have iced decaf coffee. What am I missing here? You have decaf coffee and you have ice. What don't I understand?
