Bad picture but it shows 4 different sandwiches all with chicken fries. Choose any 2 for $7.
So I ordered the chicken and the almost a whopper thing. When manager was handing me the bag I asked for zesty sauce for the chicken fries. She then said they don’t come with chicken fries you have to pay extra for them. I pointed at the sign? And she say “ I don’t know why the did that like that? And I looked closely to see if I just read it wrong and it don’t say anywhere chicken fries are extra or anything like that. I said well that’s false advertisement and they need to give me the chicken fries and she would not. Got my money back and told them they need to take that sign down. And other customers in the restaurant agreed with me. And the way the manager said ‘’ I don’t know why they did that like that confirmed that she knew absolutely 100% that I was rite and that sign is false advertisement and I obviously was not the only one thinking chicken fries came with that. And the fact that I stood there 15 minutes waisting my time and the manager did not correct the situation just shows they do not care at all about repeat business. I have worked in the restaurant business my whole life and that is not how you resolve that situation after making me wait 15 minutes.
Desired outcome: Would have been to give me the chicken fries with the order and take down that sign . They did neither.
