Carvel Ice Cream Shoppes - store

I am complaining about the store of this carvel. It is In severe disrepair and needs to be fixed. Including new soft serve machines
Every time I go they don't work
This issue needs to be resolved immediately it is embarrassing to corporate carvel and a descrase to look at. It should be repainted and reconfigured best as possible
